Return and refund policy

If a product you purchase does not match the description on the website, as your sole and exclusive remedy you may return the product, unused and undamaged, to Cholez and receive a refund of your purchase price only. For any undamaged and unused product, return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: gift card.

We apologise for any inconvenience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to any errors or inaccuracies, you may return it in accordance with our return procedure. Discounts are limited-time offers and are not valid with other offers. For shipping, cancellation, and other ordering questions, please refer to our Refunds & Shipping Policy. Cholez Natural cosmetics reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer and to modify or cancel any promotion.
